    Tyler Brown

    OWNER & SITE SUPERVISOR

    Tyler branched off on his own in 2018 with Greyledge Custom Homes. As the owner and site manager of the company, he is always planning, developing and implementing steps of the project. While he oversees the project and manages the team, he takes pride that he is always there to work with the client. His top priority is to create a home that his client will love with the help of his close team and subtrades.

    Mitch Black

    LEAD BUILDER

    Mitch is a red seal journeyman carpenter. With over 21 years of building experience, he brings that next level of knowledge to the project. As the lead builder on the team, he ensures the big picture comes together and contributes to a strong foundation for the company. Mitch has worked with Tyler for over 10 years, moving from the previous company to Greyledge when it was established in 2021.

    Cortney Cullen

    APPRENTICE

    Courtney is a 2nd year apprentice, joining Greyledge Custom Homes in 2024. She has a very strong understanding of the building process, and her attention to detail is highly regarded by the company. She brings personality and diligence to the team, and with every project, her knowledge and experience is visible and executed to contribute to the project’s success.

    Keith Arnett

    APPRENTICE

    Keith is a 3rd year carpentry apprentice, and has worked with Greyledge Custom Homes since 2022. His understanding of the building process continues to expand with every project. Keith is a valuable member of the team, and when given a task, never drops the ball, is reliable and organized on the site.

    Zach Jacyna

    APPRENTICE

    Zach is currently a 3rd year carpentry apprentice with Greyledge Custom Homes. His addition to the team in 2025 has proven to be an asset with his initiative, willingness to learn and respect for the team, the clients, and the project.

Founded on Family, Built on Trust

Greyledge Custom Homes was founded in 2021, after years spent building custom homes under another company name. Starting Greyledge gave us the chance to build homes — and relationships — exactly the way we believe they should be built.

The name comes from the Greyledge mountain overlooking Kaleden Elementary School, where our own children went to school. Our daughter Rachel sketched the original logo by hand. Our son Liam, while studying architecture, later turned that sketch into the professional logo you see today.
