Founded on Family, Built on Trust
Greyledge Custom Homes was founded in 2021, after 14 years spent building custom homes and running a successful construction company under another name. Starting Greyledge gave us the chance to build homes — and relationships — exactly the way we believe they should be built.
The name comes from the Greyledge mountain overlooking Kaleden Elementary School, where our own children went to school. Our daughter Rachel sketched the original logo by hand. Our son Liam, turned that sketch into the professional logo you see today.

Greyledge founder Tyler Brown began his career co-founding a successful construction company in 2007.
In 2021, he made the decision to step away and build something more aligned with his values—clear communication, accountability, and a more personal approach to building.
Greyledge Custom Homes was created with a simple goal: build better homes, with a better experience for the client.
