ALDER AVE 1.

Started in October 2019, this project presented significant geotechnical challenges due to deep peat soil conditions.

Extensive excavation was required, with peat removed to depths of up to 8 feet and replaced with engineered rock to create a stable base for construction.

The project involved close collaboration with the homeowners and designer, resulting in a well-executed custom home built on a carefully engineered foundation system.
