This custom home project ran from October 2024 to November 2025 after several years of planning with the homeowners.

Initial progress was slowed due to setback variances, but once underway, construction moved efficiently. Due to high groundwater levels near the lake, helical piles were selected over traditional excavation methods—an approach that proved highly effective and would be recommended for similar conditions.

The finished home features a standout attached garage designed with automotive enthusiasts in mind and reflects a strong collaboration between builder and client.
