This project began in November 2023 and presented unique challenges due to exposed rock conditions at the building site.

Footings were pinned directly to rock, requiring precision and careful preparation. The team completed the build from foundation through to finishing, with the majority of work completed by October 2024.

A smaller crew remained on-site to finalize details, with homeowners moving in November 2024 and final trim work completed in January 2025.
