This project began just days before Christmas 2018 after being brought in to replace another subcontractor.

Working under extreme winter conditions, the team successfully placed and poured ICF walls and completed the crawlspace before temperatures dropped to -17°C. The structure was secured to lock-up stage, with exterior finishing details completed in the following months.

Final interior and finishing work continued until the homeowners moved in, marking a successful turnaround under challenging conditions.
