Starting in November 2021, Greyledge took over this project from another builder under tight timelines, with winter approaching.

A major priority was completing all concrete work before weather delays, which was successfully achieved. During the process, several engineering gaps were identified, including incomplete designs for the pool retaining wall, cantilevered floor systems, and roof structure.

By working closely with engineers and suppliers, these challenges were resolved without impacting overall progress. The project was completed with homeowners moving in by October 2022.
