PANORAMA RIDGE
Set in a stunning natural environment with regular wildlife activity, this 5,173 sq ft custom home has been a multi-phase project requiring persistence and adaptability.
Initial site preparation in 2020 involved drilling, blasting, and extensive groundwork through challenging rocky terrain. Construction began in summer 2021, with foundation and backfill completed before a pause in late 2021.
Greyledge returned to site in August of 2022, working through winter conditions to restart progress. Lock-up was achieved by June 2023, allowing trades to begin interior work. A key project decision was converting the basement into a suite, with occupancy granted by October 2023.
